DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Khushii ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-72* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges vary according to locations and is applicable on all orders.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Khushii at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.
Khushii Candles expected delivery time would be 7-15 business days.
Khushii ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Khushii is not liable and would request its users to. Also, Khushii reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to the customer.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: We do deliver to international destinations. Please write an email with your address and pin code for us to get back to you with delivery charges.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Mobile number is mandatory with the delivery address.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team,[email protected] or call us on +91 9810010871. (9am – 6pm)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment
However, if your order is cancelled after 24hrs are over and your item(s) have been shipped then there is absolutely no refund because, on the basis on your consent we ship the order.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched then there is absolutely no refund/cancellation.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-72 business hours. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Returns are accepted only in the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective product has been delivered and the request is initiated for the same within 24 hours of order delivery
Consecutively, Returns are not accepted in the following conditions:
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/replacement within 24 hours of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals and labels intact.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
