- How will I get refunded for cancelled orders and how long will it take?
Before Shipment:
If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 24–72 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
After Shipment:
If the order is already dispatched, we regret to inform you that cancellation or refund is not possible.
Mode of Refund:
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account used at the time of payment within 24–72 business hours. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refunded amount to credit in to your account.
- What happens to discount vouchers if I cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only.
If you cancel an order where a discount voucher was applied, the voucher will be considered used and will not be reissued.
- What are the return conditions?
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
The replaced items for the damaged, defective or wrong item will be delivered within 5-6 business days.
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
The return request is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:
Items are returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, invoice, freebies, and accessories.
Product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery.
Product is a free gift provided by the brand.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?
We perform thorough quality checks before dispatching any order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Share your Order ID, details of the issue, and photos of the product and invoice.
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.
Replacements will only be processed if the product is received by us in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact.
- Do I need to return the free gift when returning a product?
Yes. If a free gift was included with your order, it must be returned along with the original product. Returns without the free gift will not be accepted.
